Apparently this little fruit refuses to specialise and insists on being useful at absolutely everything.

No complicated preparation, no expensive powders and no wellness influencer whispering about “biohacking” while standing barefoot in a cold river. Just a naturally nutrient rich food that humans have relied on for centuries, especially in regions where access to long lasting energy sources mattered. Paired with water, dates can provide quick nourishment and hydration support, which is one reason they have traditionally been valued during fasting periods and long journeys. So whether you eat them stuffed with nut butter, chopped into porridge or straight from the packet at 3pm while avoiding emails, your body will surely be grateful for it.
